So… I raise my glass to all of you women who are struggling and trying to balance all things. Mom with babies/toddlers, working moms, single mom, mom with ‘bastardo’ husband who doesnt even care to help, mom with lazy teens who dont give a damn of how tired you are. IM WITH ALL OF YOU!
Maintain your PEACE. I do understand how mothers think and feel on their daily basis, as they are busy taking care of their family and loved ones. TO MAINTAIN A PEACEFUL MIND is something that’s ‘easy to say but hard to do’, obviously. Many times we feel so overwhelmed by the schedule or the list of things to do (not to mention if you are also a part time or full time working mama).
One thing that I always do (to keep my sanity and peace) is to stop and do my priority list of the day. What I should take care first and what kind of things that I can put on hold. Remember: We cant do all things and be all things. We have our limitation (be it in emotion, feelings, energy, etc). I always make sure that I have ENOUGH energy to do what I need to do for myself. Sipping a cup of coffee while scrolling down my Instagram could be one of them. Or watching TV, writing my blog and many more.
At the end of the day, I can be SO TIRED. But if I could maintain my sanity, I dont mind being extra tired as long as my heart is content and my mind is at peace. Dont push yourself too much and never try to please everyone, cause we are not cotton candy!
Do things one day at a time and sort out your VVIP list. Curate your day. Balance everything. Forget those who cant understand how full your hands are. We may loose some friends because we cant keep up with their “agenda”, but HEY! At the end of the day, what’s written in ours are the ones that will keep us alive, sane and content. So focus on that!

I know how you feel. Been there, done that. But now Im free (and BTW, my husband has always been the sweetest and great helper. HAHA…) So, good luck! Remember to (always) maintain your peace. Be EXTREMELY tired, but AT PEACE.
